They then took apart the rear paneling of my car and found all the pieces underneath that had been damaged in the accident and worked with the insurance company to get approvals on everything that wasn’t caught by the adjuster. They got the new parts in and had everything replaced in just 2 weeks, and my car looks brand new. They also showed me pictures of the breakdown so I could see all the damage they found.
