To Our Valued Bumper to Bumper Radio Customers, Families and Friends

We would like to extend our sincere wishes that you all stay healthy and safe as we all work to get through this unprecedented time period together.

All of our Bumper to Bumper Radio Member Shops are taking all the necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The health and safety of our customers and employees are our top priority. We know that you depend on us to provide the service that you can rely on to keep your vehicles dependable and on the road.

Please check with any of our individual member shops as to their specific safety measures, policies and services they are providing, but know that virtually all of our Member shops are proactively providing additional safety measures to protect your health.

Services Include:

Safety/Sanitation:

Proactive measures and practices to ensure cleanliness and safety at their facilities for both their employees and work/reception areas with sanitation of common contact areas as well as diligent hand washing and personal hygiene
Car sanitation when we receive and finish your repair

Social Distancing/Convenience:

Free Pickup and Drop-Off Valet Services allow customers to take care of their vehicle maintenance/repair from home. With school and workplace closures or Telecommuting going on right now, this may be a GOOD time to have the repairs you need to get done or have putt off due to time constraints. The Pickup/Drop Off or “Valet Service” services provided by our shops, conveniently and safely, allows you to have us pick up and deliver your car while you stay at home allowing you to maintain your social distancing. There is virtually no requirement to have personal contact for your repair needs!
Loaner Cars / Financing Programs

Again, most of our shops provide all or most of these services, so please check with them individually to inquire about their specific measures/programs.
