About the Viper
The sixth generation of the iconic American-built supercar returned in 2015 with the Dodge Viper SRT as the brand's flagship performance machine. Powered by an all-aluminum 8.4-liter mid-front V10 engine, the 2015 Dodge Viper SRT delivers 645 horsepower and 600 lb.-ft. of torque – the most torque of any naturally aspirated sports-car engine in the world. The unique "cam-within-a-cam" design allows a cleaner exhaust, improved fuel economy and better engine smoothness.
Two models of the iconic supercar -- Dodge Viper SRT and Dodge Viper GTS -- are hand-built at FCA's Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit – the Viper's home since 1995.
