"Found Desert Car Care on Google Maps when my son's car was making a strange noise. We were out of our neighborhood and saw that Desert Car Care was close and it had good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised! I called the shop to ask if they thought they could help and Frank told us to come on down and ask for him. When we walked in the shop we were greeted by name and welcomed like we were long time customers. The car was taken straight in and diagnosed. It was just a minor problem and we left within an hour with NO CHARGE! I have never had an experience like that! Thank you Frank and the gang. "I would like to give five stars to Keith and Staff at the McQueen and Guadalupe location! Went in for a second opinion on brakes as the dealer said that both front and rears were down to 3mm. Well the guys at Desert Car Care did an inspection, and the fronts at 6 mm and the rears were at 5mm saved me a bundle!"

"I have been going to these guys for about 2 years and I am serious when I say every time I walk out I have a smile unlike those big name brands or small mom\pop shops that make you pay every nickle, dime in your pocket. "This was my first time in their shop. I thought I had a bad wheel bearing and ask them to check. I came in late in the afternoon and needed it done that day. They gave me an reasonable estimate of cost and promised to have it done on time. They delivered as promised with unusually friendly and professional service. The car (2002 Tacoma) drove like new. "I finally found a home for my wife's & my car,when they need repairs or looked at for some reason. Frank & his staff in both the Dobson & Guadalupe locations have treated me with not only with RESPECT but with PROFESSIONALISM. They explain what is needed to repair & what it will cost. In one case Kieth(Guadalupe location)went out of his way he made some calls that saved me $200.00 on repairs that I was quoted by another shop which will remain unnamed. I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them to family & friends."
