“I have had numerous positive experiences with the service technicians at ADS, and wanted to inform others of their exemplary service. My A/C had lost the power to blow cold air into the car. I took the car back to the mechanic that installed the A/C a few years ago, since it carried a guarantee. After taking the car in week after week for an entire summer (no A/C is a very unpleasant situation in Phoenix!), the mechanic still couldn't (or wouldn't ) fix the problem. I regularly listen to KTAR, and enjoy how much I learn from the Bumper to Bumper Show. These guys have a list of preferred auto repair shops. I chose ADS, since it was the closest to my home. Ryan was the up front technician who greeted me, and has since cared for my car on successive visits. He had one of his techs, Jason, examine the car. He determined that the problem existed behind the dash, so to repair it, the dash would have to be removed, and it would take 4-5 days. He also gave me a $ estimate range. I was able to plan for this appointment, and have the repair completed. Ryan and my tech, Jason, treat me as if I'm their sister, mother, etc. Their recommendations are for my safety, not to make the company a profit. I travel quite frequently to Tucson, and there is a dead zone for cell phones on that stretch of road. I can't afford to be stranded . They let me know what needs to be done RIGHT NOW, and what can wait. A business that puts the customer's needs first, is one that will stay in business and succeed. This is a business that I will continue to patronize, as well as refer to my friends and acquaintances.”

"This is a follow-up to my email to you regarding ADS. I wanted you to know I was contacted by Greg and Ryan regarding my Toyota that would not start. They asked me to bring the car back. I did. They found that it was not an electrical problem after all. It had a bad battery (the battery was new from a diff. shop). ADS helped with the warranty even though they did not carry the brand. "This is the best car repair shop I've found in the east valley. They are genuinely friendly, explain as much as you want, give you viable options and are accurate on estimates and completion time. All my work has been quality done and so far always fixed/addressed the issue the first time. I have never felt that they are "searching for things to fix" but they do bring up safety related issues with a recommended time to until it needs to be addressed. Overall just a great shop."
