"The first thing about them is that they fit me in right away. I didn't need an appointment. Gave me an estimate within 20 minutes, and called Enterprise to pick me up for a rental. I called my insurance company to tell them 1st Class would be fixing my car, and it took them 3 days to get out there and assess the damage. 1st Class would have been done within a couple of days if not for that nonsense. They took care of everything- from calling Discount Tire since I had insurance on my tire to dealing with my insurance company, I didn't have to worry or take time out of my busy day to deal with it."
